I have had the privilege to practice alternative medicine for more than 20 years!

As a Shadow Work Guide, I hold space for my clients by creating a safe container for them to intimately meet themselves. I guide them in unveiling unconscious negative and illusionary limiting beliefs. I allow them to meet their own sovereignty with autonomy. I act as witness to what needs to be seen and heard inside of them. I celebrate their hard work. I act as the mediator between who they no longer want to be and who they want to become.

As were many of my family members, I was born an empath, psychic and medium. With a wonderful mentor, I cultivated a deep study to refine my abilities.

This is the intuitive foundation I draw from when reading energy, feeling qi and listening to the guidance of my clients Higher Intelligence. This often includes messages, clearing energetic disruptions, distant qi cleansing, witnessing the inner child, cord cutting, soul retrievals, and seeing into the Akashic Records.

There is much misconception about this work, if not trepidation. It’s my aim to bring the Light—and lighthearted—into shadow work. It is my goal to help my clients inner world become a more beautiful, loving and peaceful place.
