Subconscious Reprogramming

If the quality of subconscious beliefs are poor, it reflects in poor life quality.

In other words, our subconscious minds can make us suffer deeply. Or, it’s the reason we are living our most aligned, expansive, joyful life.

The theta brainwave is the essential key to healing our subconscious minds. We are in theta while under hypnosis and while in meditation. Yet, this is also the primary brainwave we are in during the first seven years of life. This is where our healing work begins.

These first seven years are crucial. At this stage of brain development, we do not have discernment. This is the reason a difficult childhood is so impactful on mental and emotional wellbeing. If we had negative events, experiences or modeling—real or perceived—the subconscious mind catalogs it as absolute truth.

Conventional psychology focuses on the childhood, the mother, and the father. Negative beliefs created in this stage of development get carried into adulthood, and become the lens through which we see the world. Our mental and emotional disturbances become limits; the glass ceilings inside of us.

However, it is also within the theta brainwave where positive change can reverse subconscious beliefs that have been repressed, stuck or egoically guarded. This shatters those glass ceilings.

The process of subconscious “house cleaning,” usually begins with a conscious struggle. This may be a lifelong battle with confidence, a recurring pattern in relationships or fear of change. Whatever it might be, the conscious limitation is present because of an unconscious block.

Accessing unconscious beliefs from the subconscious mind and making them conscious is called metacognition. In mysticism, it’s called Magick. In neuroscience, it’s the creation of new neural pathways in the brain. In physics, it’s the quantum superposition of Schrodinger’s Cat. In metaphysics, it’s the Law of Witnessing, or the Law of Acknowledgment.

Processes with different names, from many different schools of thought—All describing the same intangible power.

Whatever you wish to call it, subconscious work can help with:

self-love, enoughness, worthiness, letting go, setting boundaries, acceptance, confidence, aligning with your purpose, partnership, chronic illness, vulnerability, fears, abundance, aging, forgiveness, overcoming traumas, feeling safe, creativity and connection to Source—just to name a few.

Removing negative and limiting beliefs requires two things—an open mind and an open heart. There is absolutely no limit to the level of personal transformation that can be met!

Who is this work not for?

Those who are unwilling to take accountability for their healing and victim mentality are not (ready) candidates for this work.

As long as there is a willingness for change and a readiness for growth, this technique is for everyone.
